Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Office Manager to join our team at Reelfoot Manor Health and Rehab. As a key member of our administrative department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business office, ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business office including billing, Medicaid Pending, Resident Trust, and Daily Census.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Two years experience in a business office management role in a Skilled Nursing Home facility.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems.
