Overview

The HR Strategic Advisor is a high-impact role responsible for helping connect enterprise priorities, external dynamics, and executive leadership direction to the internal operating agenda of the HR function. • Establish and maintain visibility into critical priorities, milestones, and decision points to ensure leadership commitments are tracked and progressed.
  • Monitor emerging issues, organizational risks, and strategic opportunities that may affect the CHRO agenda or the HR function, and proactively bring forward insights and implications.
