Reporting to the Direction, you will manage the quality, safety, security, and environment management system of all our activities. As a man or woman of the field, you will ensure the satisfaction of stakeholders (clients, employees, shareholders, partners…) and continuous improvement through the monitoring of indicators and the implementation of action plans. You will advise the company’s chief executive on activities related to ionizing radiation.

Your missions:

  • Manage a QSSE team of 5 people;
  • Improve the company’s QSSE management system, according to the policy and objectives defined by the Direction and the Group;
  • Implement the processes, procedures, and documentation necessary for the proper functioning of the management system;
  • Define, follow, and analyze QSSE indicators;
  • Evaluate risks, define appropriate protection measures, and verify their relevance;
  • Actively participate in the development of the QSSE culture by ensuring communication, awareness, training, and field actions, while accompanying managers and mobilizing teams around these issues;
  • Implement devices that promote the reporting of discrepancies and best practices;
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring and lead compliance actions;
  • Conduct internal and external audits and be the main contact for auditors, authorities, and partners;
  • Lead meetings and participate in working groups with stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, co-contractors, CSE…);
  • Implement the Group’s (NUVIA, VINCI) prevention objectives and campaigns;
  • Carry out radiation protection as a CRP (Consultant in Radio protection).
  • Ensure the role of Designated Expert for CEFRI for the company.

This position will require occasional but regular travel, on a national scale (company vehicle provided for this purpose).

Profile sought:

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree plus 5 with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Mastery of ISO / MASE / CEFRI standards
  • Significant experience in an industrial AND nuclear environment
  • PCR training desired
