Saunders Entertainment LLC. is looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team in Nolensville, Tennessee!

Salary Range:

$80,000/annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and monitor all customer orders from initial quotation through completion, maintaining visibility into job status at each stage of the workflow.
  • Proactively monitor job progress to identify potential risks, delays, or informational deficiencies, and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
  • Maintain complete and accurate job documentation, including scopes of work, submittals, change orders, and project closeout records.
  • Provide regular and timely communication regarding job status, outstanding issues, and forthcoming scheduling demands to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of drivers, equipment, shop readiness, and field personnel in alignment with established customer timelines.
  • Anticipate and prevent scheduling conflicts and missed commitments through proactive planning and ongoing schedule oversight.
  • Support the logistical coordination of materials, tools, and equipment among job sites, shop facilities, and vendor locations.
  • Follow up with personnel across all functional areas to confirm the timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Facilitate the resolution of cross-departmental issues, ensuring that each matter is assigned a responsible owner and a defined resolution timeline.
  • Identify recurring operational inefficiencies and present them to leadership with appropriate context and recommended solutions.
  • Support the development, documentation, and implementation of standardized workflows and operational procedures.
  • Supports adherence to safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements, including OSHA and fleet-related compliance as applicable.
  • Utilizes job tracking systems, scheduling tools, and ERP platforms to maintain accurate operational data and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field of study. Three (3) to six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in operations coordination, project management, logistics, or service coordination, preferred.
  • Familiarity with fleet management, equipment scheduling, or logistics coordination.
  • Working knowledge of applicable Tennessee employment and operational compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with field personnel, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and familiarity with scheduling or job tracking applications.
  • A valid driver’s license.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience operating within a multi-entity or multi-state organizational structure, preferred.
  • Prior experience within the electrical contracting, construction, or skilled trades industries, preferred.
