Job Title

Coordinator of the technical service, plans the activities of the service according to priorities and distributes tasks (2 employees)

Management of the administrative part of the service Technical activities:

• Implementation of projects in the technical sector
• Implementation of projects in the green spaces and flowerbed sector
• Maintenance and management of the road network, including signs, ditches, and paths
• Preservation and management of the built heritage and all infrastructures of the community in relation with institutional partners, contractors, users, and users
• Management of the community's material park

Specific missions:

• Preparation of sites for communal events

- SOCIO-PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Fundamental technical and regulatory knowledge in building, green spaces, road maintenance, urban cleanliness, sustainable development
• Methods of analysis and diagnosis

- GENERAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Issues, developments, and regulatory framework of public policies in technical sectors: prioritization and hierarchy at the security, regulatory, biodiversity, and heritage conservation level
