Food Management Internship Summer

• Intern will fill an Assistant Team Role in a food location on park in either:o Concessionso Fast Foodo Family Style Diningo Full Service Dining
• You will learn Opening and Closing Procedures
• Attend Leadership Training
• Act as Quality Assurance Inspector
• Assist with Cost Analysis to include Cost of Sales, product mix, and Spending Per Person
• Complete an end of program project
