We are seeking an Operations Product Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality throughout the product life cycle. You will collaborate across production planning, production, quality, and logistics to meet program milestones, support on‑time delivery, ensure high‑quality products, and drive rate‑readiness activities.
Responsibilities- Translate demand, recovery plans, and priorities into integrated execution plans.
- Manage cross‑functional action tracking, ensuring clear ownership, timing, and closure.
- Drive issue resolution by coordinating across site, supply chain, and functional teams.
- Maintain visibility to execution risks, gaps, and recovery progress at the LRU level.
- Support NPI, build readiness, and recovery execution as needed.
- Provide execution inputs into capacity, LE/EAC, and program reviews.
- University degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain within aerospace or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
- Prefer experience managing cross‑functional teams, programs, and projects.
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies to achieve cost, technical, and delivery performance targets.
- Development program and new product introduction experience.
- Experience with SI&OP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning), Supply Management, Operations, and/or Quality.
- U.S. citizenship required.
