AR Manager

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an AR Manager to fulfill an immediate need.

This individual will be responsible for:

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including customer setup, credit approvals, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution to optimize cash flow and minimize credit risk.
• Monitor AR aging, execute collection strategies, reconcile receivable balances, and support month-end close by ensuring accurate customer accounts and financial reporting.
• Prepare AR aging reports, collection metrics, and cash flow forecasts while providing insights into payment trends and customer performance for leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to improve AR processes, strengthen internal controls, enhance customer communications, and support continuous system and workflow improvements.
• Ad hoc work as assigned

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 5+ years of full cycle AR experience
• Experience in management
• Multi-entity experience
• Live events/production/staffing/or project based background is a plus
