The Partner Success Manager is responsible for the retention, satisfaction and growth of As You Are's existing partner and customer base, including ABA clinic partners, physician and hospital referral organizations, and Care Hub subscription customers. The position serves as the primary point of contact for these relationships and is accountable for the operational follow-through that supports them. In addition to retention, the position carries responsibility for growth of Care Hub subscriptions and expansion of the ABA partner base.
Outbound campaign management and net new provider prospecting are handled by a separate growth function. Day-to-day tasks include managing partner accounts, monitoring engagement metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and resolving issues to support successful collaboration and service delivery.
$80,000 - $85,000 Annual base salary plus performance-based variable compensation tied to sales results.
Qualifications- Strong partnerships and strategic partnerships skills, with experience developing and nurturing long-term external relationships.
- Five to seven years of experience in account management, customer success, provider relations, clinical liaison or healthcare sales.
- Background in pediatrics, behavioral health, autism services or ABA; or telehealth
- SaaS or platform subscriptions alongside provider relationships; referral workflows and release-of-information processes.
- Account management skills, including maintaining partner portfolios, tracking performance, and ensuring partner needs are met.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, monitor partner performance, and recommend improvements based on measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present information to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with healthcare, behavioral health, or pediatric-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with community organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a mission-driven environment supporting families and children, with a commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful care.
