• Engage with and supervise children in a playroom while parents work out.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all children.
• Follow Tru Fit safety and cleanliness protocols consistently.

• Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages.
• Energetic, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.
• CPR certification.

• Prior work experience in a daycare/childcare environment is required, along with references.
• Infant and Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification required (we provide this if needed).
• Excellent communication with both children and adults is required.
• Have the ability to make children feel secure.
