Asphalt Paving Foreman– Job Description Position Summary
Tinsley Asphalt seeks an experienced Paving Foreman to oversee daily paving and road construction operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- 5+ years’ Paving Foreman experience in asphalt paving is required.
- Strong understanding of DOT and municipal paving standards.
- Leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct crews.
