Our Construction Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute construction projects. This role ensures a high quality of service for customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in construction services.

You’ll lead and develop our construction team, managing a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall satisfaction of the customer and client experience.
- Evaluate and sell projects through educating customers on the construction process.
- Develop scope of work, review estimates, set expectations, and obtain customer and client approval of project scope of work.
- Create project schedules and timelines, coordinate and oversee the execution of services, conduct quality assurance activities, and resolve issues.
- Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work. Ensure proper permits are acquired.
- Review project budget, manage expenses and company assets, collect deposits and draws, and assist in collecting final payments.
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven work experience in construction management.
- Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating software (certification preferred).
- Superb customer service track record.
- Extensive leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
