We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial building construction to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams on site
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications
• Monitor project progress and quality to meet safety and regulatory standards
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and change orders
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial building construction project management
• Proven track record managing medium to large-scale commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
