We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team at Mountain Valley Winery as a tasting room associate! This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys creating positive guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Must be available Wednesday-Sunday from 12:00pm-8:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, check IDs, and provide enthusiastic tastings and recommendations
Order Accuracy:
Take and process customer orders and payments quickly and correctly
Teamwork:
Work with others to maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and support smooth daily operation
Sales & Promotion:
Highlight featured products, flavors, and specials to enhance the guest experience and boost sales
