Job Title:
Customer Service IV
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Location:
Nashville TN 37214
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 hourly on W2
Working Hours: 7am - 4pm
Notes:
Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish to effectively support Spanish - speaking customers.
JOB SUMMARY:
Description:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities include determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. May be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
Typically has a High School diploma and customer service or call center experience.
Skills, include accurate documentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Typically required)
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Word and PowerPoint (Required)

Day to day work includes handling inbound calls, data entry, email correspondence, international shipping coordination, logistics support, manifest creation, and credit analysis.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required, or 2-3 years customer service-related experience required.
- Hybrid role that requires working in the office three days per week.
