Our Maryville, TN distribution center is looking for a Sales Admin. As a Sales Admin you will be assisting the sales staff with customer communications, order entry, maintaining product pricing, and assisting with inventory management. You will be part of a growing Team!

We have high customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries with a friendly professional demeanor, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to learn new skills, work as a team, and build a career.

You will be:

  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Maintaining in-stock inventory for customer needs
  • Using Excel, Word, and Microsoft applications every day
  • Multi-tasking and practicing attention to detail
  • Working as a member of a growing team
  • Problem-solving
  • Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner
  • Having a positive and professional demeanor

Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience is a plus!

Skills needed:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and professional demeanor
