You bring massive energy, infectious enthusiasm, and seamless coordination to every party, ensuring guests feel the thrill from the moment they walk in.
Position SummaryIn this role you create magical, high-energy moments where kids and families laugh, play, and make memories that last a lifetime. Aim to thrive on excitement, love being the center of fun, and help deliver the most epic experiences in town.
Responsibilities- Prior guest-facing experience (entertainment, hospitality, retail, or recreation) preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – enforce rules while staying friendly, professional, and full of energy.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to stay sharp and upbeat in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling basic transactions and using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual skills are a plus and highly valued.
- Guest Focus – Demonstrates friendly, helpful, and respectful service to all guests.
- Teamwork – Works well with others, supports teammates, and communicates effectively.
- Accountability – Arrives on time, follows policies, and takes responsibility for tasks.
- Adaptability – Stays calm and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Safety Awareness – Follows rules and procedures to ensure guest and team safety.
- Communication – Clearly explains rules, directions, and information to guests and team members.
- Ability to stand and remain active on your feet for extended periods (up to 6‑8 hours per shift).
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, and stretch while supervising attractions and assisting guests.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (restocking supplies, moving equipment, party/event setups).
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations, including moving rapidly across attractions.
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment with flashing lights and high guest activity.
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members in a noisy environment.
Team members may be scheduled for a variety of shifts, including morning, day, evening, or night shifts.
