About the Role

As a Front Desk Specialist and Client Greeter, you'll be the welcoming face (and voice!) of Fieldstone Animal Inn, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients and their beloved dogs. This is a crucial front-line position that combines exceptional customer service with essential administrative tasks.

What You'll Do
  • Client Engagement: Greet clients warmly at their vehicles in all weather conditions, gathering important information about their dogs and efficiently relaying it to our pet technicians.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service via phone and in-person, maintaining a professional demeanor, clear communication, and attentive listening skills.
  • Administrative Support: Accurately log dogs in and out, confirm client information, process payments, share email correspondence, ensure vaccine compliance, and assist with confirmation calls.

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with pet technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care for every dog.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to client interactions.
What We're Looking For

  • Work Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive starting hourly wage of $15.00. For those with a sales-oriented mindset, we also offer a commission structure, providing an exciting opportunity to increase your earnings every pay period.
