The Role
As a Call Center & Box Office Representative, you are the primary architect of the guest experience. You aren't just selling tickets; you are helping families plan lifelong memories. You will handle high-volume reservations, navigate our ticketing systems with precision, and provide expert recommendations across our entire collection of world-class attractions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Expert Concierge Service:
Act as the initial point of contact for guests, providing professional assistance with admissions, complex reservations, and ticket modifications. - Brand Ambassadorship:
Maintain a deep working knowledge of all theaters and attractions to answer guest questions and provide tailored recommendations. - Communication Excellence:
Deliver an upbeat, "smile-through-the-phone" presentation while handling high-volume inquiries with courtesy and efficiency. - Technical Proficiency:
Accurately enter guest data into the ticketing system and resolve booking errors or seating issues with a solution-oriented mindset. - On-Site Support:
Cross-train to support the physical Box Office, including greeting guests at arrival and distributing tickets during show times. - Culture Driver:
Consistently promote a culture of outstanding customer engagement, ensuring every guest feels valued before they even step through our doors.
Qualification Requirements
- Age:
Must be at least 18 years of age. - Education:
High school diploma / GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities and a comfort level with fast-paced computer data entry.
Physical Demands & Environment
- Communication:
Continuous hearing and oral communication at both conversational and high-acuity levels. - Tech-Focused:
Prolonged periods of working with computers, headsets, and ticketing software. - Mobility:
Occasional standing and walking on level ground or stairs when supporting the physical Box Office. - Atmosphere:
Frequently exposed to the vibrant, changing temperatures and energy of a live theater environment.
