Job DescriptionPrincipal Responsibilities:
- Management of orders and customer requests through portals and company systems
- Direct interface with B2B clients for updates and management of requests
- Coordination with traffic office and operational team to verify feasibility and status of shipments
- Management of issues and monitoring of the order until delivery
- Constant support and collaboration with the Customer Service team
Qualifications and
Experience:
- Experience in Customer Service, preferably in the transport or logistics sector
- English level B2 to interface with the international team
- Excellent problem-solving and priority management skills
- Attitude towards teamwork and managing dynamic contexts
- Good communication skills and customer orientation

Fixed term for a duration of one year
Salary Range Associated with the Position: 23-25k
Work Hours:
Full time, 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday
