Description
We are a manufacturing facility looking for a “Customer Service Rep” who is fluent in Spanish and at ease speaking with customers and helping them identify what products they are interested in ordering. The position includes answering customer calls, recording customer orders, inputting data entry, emailing and following up with phone calls.
Responsibilities- Answer customer calls and assist with product inquiries.
- Help customers identify products they are interested in ordering and record orders.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with customers via email and follow up with phone calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience.
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred.
Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
