Location: Celina
ERMCO is seeking a Customer Service Representative and Logistics Coordinator to provide excellent service through accurate data entry, order invoicing, and logistics coordination. This position is onsite in Celina, TN.
You will enter all orders, resolve issues in the EDI system, manage customer returns and damage claims, coordinate with 3PL providers, and support production postings and major account POs. A high school diploma and at least 3 years of customer service with logistics are required.
