Job SummaryIn this role, the Customer Service Representative and Logistics Coordinator provides the best possible service to the customer through accurate and efficient data entry, order invoicing, and logistics coordination.
LocationThis job will be onsite in Celina, TN.
Responsibilities- Enter all orders for product from information provided by reps and customers in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Resolve errors and order holds in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system so orders can be processed accurately and timely for shipment and invoicing.
- Seek and obtain answers on orders until problems are solved and/or tasks are completed.
- Invoice all product that is shipped from the rep warehouse as advised.
- Manage customer returns and damage claims to recover costs and return the product to the manufacturing.
- Participate in Production Posting meetings to ensure customer orders are designed, manufactured and shipped on time.
- Manage major customer account purchase orders, shipments, and replenishment of stock.
- Set up new customer profiles in the company’s system.
- Coordinate with customers and 3PL providers to pick up orders or deliver to customers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and logistics experience is required.
- Highly detailed oriented and extremely accurate in transactional processes.
- Strategic thinker, approaches all efforts from a future, proactive standpoint.
- Ability to blend logical, analytical, and creative thinking styles.
- Accountable and can hold others accountable.
- Fair, consistent, and respectful in all situations.
- Credible at all levels through technical competence, drive, follow‑through behaviors, and strong communication skills; self‑directed and proactive.
- Skilled using computer applications including MS Office, MS Project, Lotus Notes, MRP, Intranet, Adobe, and Internet.
