Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend the right solutions while maintaining store standards and achieving sales targets.
The role requires in-person and phone interaction, product knowledge, and timely resolution of customer concerns. A bilingual English/Spanish speaker who can lift up to 50 lbs and be available for evenings and weekends is ideal.
