About the Role
Our client is looking for a compassionate and efficient Customer Care Specialist to join their team in East London . You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional support and building positive relationships. This role is fundamental to our commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a seamless customer journey, contributing to a culture of care and continuous improvement within the company, right here in the Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for full resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process customer requests, such as orders, returns, and account updates.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and elevate feedback appropriately.
- Previous experience in a Customer Care or similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, helpful demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
