We are looking for Registered Dental Assistants with 1+ years of experience who want to set their own schedules and work only when it fits them.

• Welcome customers to the dental office
• Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
• Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
• Sterilize instruments per regulations
• Assist the dentist in four‑handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked dental room
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

• Proven experience as a registered dental assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail; well‑organized and reliable
• Ability to perform regulated non‑surgical tasks like coronal polishing (plus)
• Good computer skills
• High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school preferred
• Additional certification or training (e.g., EFDA) is an asset

Full‑time, Part‑time, Temporary

$55.00 – $65.00 per hour
