Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EDDA) – Full Time

Pay:
Up to $28 an hour depending on experience and skills

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists. You’ll be the right hand our clinical team counts on—charting, educating, setting up, and jumping in wherever needed.
  • Manage patient flow to keep appointments efficient and on track. You’ll keep things moving like a backstage pro, making sure every patient feels like the star of the show.
  • Capture and process X-rays because great diagnostics start with great imaging—and you’ll have it covered.
  • Enter treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records. No missing pieces here—you’ll help keep every plan on track and every file buttoned up.
  • Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean, organized operatory. Because sparkling tools and spaces = smooth, safe care (and happy patients).
  • Monitor lab cases and ensure everything’s ready for the next day. You're two steps ahead—because that’s just how you roll.
  • Deliver positive patient experiences from welcome to goodbye. You’re the reason patients feel cared for, supported, and excited to come back.

  • Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certification [state-specific]from an accredited school
  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
  • X-ray certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
  • Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred (but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • A positive, supportive attitude that lifts patients and teammates alike
  • A commitment to creating exceptional patient experiences every single day
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay that rewards your expanded skill set—because your extra qualifications deserve extra recognition.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance—and more!—your health matters just as much as the patients’.
  • Paid Time Off (accrue 2 to 3 weeks per year based on tenure) + 6 Paid Holidays—even superstars need time to relax and recharge.
  • 401(k) program—plan for your future while building your career today.
  • On-the-job training and professional development—we’re serious about helping you keep growing.
  • Supportive, team-first culture—where your skills are valued, your voice is heard, and your wins are celebrated.
