Associate

Dentist

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.

Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. The patient base primarily consists of children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with up to 30 % adults, depending on location. Typical office flow averages 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day. Licensure is required in the state(s) where care is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Denta Pro software usage
  • Digital X‑ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber‑optic handpieces
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • Maintain ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • Participate in morning huddles, plan the day, and promote a positive company image
  • Engage with a patient population that includes 70 % or more children
  • Serve state insurance plans, PPOs, and out‑of‑network payor mix
Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided or eligibility for licensure
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
  • Reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues (e.g., ADA, AAPD memberships)
  • Ability to work a multiple schedule to help maintain a healthy work/life balance
