General Dentist – Sweetwater, TN

A modern dental practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and technology-driven environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical care, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions and oral health concerns
  • Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures in accordance with established standards of care
  • Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care strategies
  • Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records and treatment documentation
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences
  • Support team development and contribute to a positive and patient-focused practice culture
  • Utilize clinical technology and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care
  • Promote a comfortable and welcoming environment that prioritizes patient trust and satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  • Current dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
  • Previous experience as a General Dentist preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience with advanced dental procedures and modern dental technology preferred
