DJSA Architecture PC is an architecture design and planning firm providing a complete range of architectural design, interior design and planning services. We collaborate with a wide variety of owners, developers and contractors across a wide variety of market sectors. Our broad based portfolio ranges from hospitality, office, retail, tenant improvements, fitness facilities, multi-family residential. We tailor our services to meet the needs of each client incorporating the individual client’s goals and program requirements resulting in successful project solutions.

DJSA Architecture, PC is seeking a talented Architectural Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our growing, collaborative studio. This role is ideal for an entry-level designer with strong rendering skills, a passion for design, and a desire to learn and grow through hands‑on project experience.

Join a collaborative, fast‑moving studio where you’ll work on real projects from day one. You’ll grow through mentorship, hands‑on design work, and a clear path toward greater responsibility and licensure support. If you love turning ideas into strong visuals quickly, are comfortable working in Revit, and want exposure to hospitality, community, commercial, and mixed‑use projects across New England, we’d love to meet you.

What

You’ll Do
  • Support design teams in the conceptualization and development of architectural projects from early design through construction
  • Produce high-quality, efficient renderings, 3D models, and presentation graphics that clearly communicate design intent and support client and approval‑board presentations
  • Develop drawings and models in Revit, contributing to both design and construction documentation
  • Assist with space planning, design studies, and coordination with project managers and senior designers
  • Participate in internal design discussions and collaborate with consultants and team members
  • Help maintain design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all project deliverables
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in an architectural design role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
  • Exceptional rendering and visualization skills, with the ability to work efficiently under real project deadlines
  • Experience with Lumion or similar real-time rendering software (preferred)
  • Strong design sensibility with attention to detail, composition, and materiality
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and take on increasing design responsibility
