Obstetrician-Gynecologist (Near Oakdale, TN) Are you a dedicated and experienced Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB-GYN) seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in a growing community near Oakdale, TN? We're actively searching for a skilled physician to join our team and provide essential obstetric and gynecological care on a call-only basis (ASAP - Ongoing). This locum tenens position offers a flexible work schedule with predictable call hours, allowing you to manage your workload effectively while contributing to exceptional patient care.

Work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, midwives (if applicable), and other physicians, to deliver comprehensive care for your patients. Advanced Technology & Resources:
Utilize the user-friendly MEDHOST electronic medical record (EMR) system to enhance efficiency in documentation and communication. Streamlined Credentialing Process:
Benefit from a potentially expedited credentialing process within 5-8 days for qualified candidates with a clean history.

Qualifications:

Board-eligible or board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) is required. Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty is preferred. Active medical license in Tennessee (TN) only is mandatory. Current certifications in ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS are essential. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient obstetrics and gynecology setting is preferred.

Experience with both deliveries and gynecologic procedures is a plus. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, nurses, and the healthcare team.
