• Coverage:
  • Work exclusively during nocturnal hours, providing consistent night-time coverage.
  • Handle all inpatient needs from 7 PM to 7 AM.
  • Address urgent and emergent patient conditions in a timely manner.

• Support Staff:
  • Collaborate with a full team of nurses, physician assistants, and administrative staff.
  • Access to specialty consults as needed.
• EMR System:
  Experience with EMR systems is required, with training provided as necessary.
• Board Certification:
  Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Licensure:
  Must hold or be willing to obtain a Tennessee medical license.
• Certification Requirements:
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
  • Must be comfortable working independently during night shifts.
• Patient Load:
  • Manage an average of 15-20 patients per night.
  • Perform admissions and cover floor calls.

• Night Shifts:
  Focus exclusively on nocturnal care, with shifts running from 7 PM to 7 AM.

  Initial 3-month commitment with potential for extension based on mutual agreement.
