This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Christiana, TN for an Educational Consultant. The Educational Consultant will provide expert guidance to educators, help develop effective teaching strategies, and offer tailored solutions to address educational challenges. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to enhance instructional practices, delivering professional development sessions, and fostering student achievement through evidence‑based methodologies. The role requires regular engagement with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure alignment with district goals and student success.

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and expertise in Education practices
• Consulting skills and a strong ability to analyze and address diverse educational challenges
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
• Proven ability to work in a team‑oriented educational environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (advanced degrees preferred)
• Prior experience working in school districts or with educational organizations is highly advantageous
