Washington County Schools (TN) seeks an Adult Transition Program (ATP) Teacher to support students aged 18–22 with significant cognitive delays through community-based instruction and ADLs.
You will collaborate with Special Education staff to design and implement IEPs, coordinate transitions to postsecondary options, and guide students toward independence in daily living and community participation.
