Overview
Fayette County Public Schools is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our Level 5 school system. The successful candidate will join a professional organization dedicated to student success and will perform duties customary to a high school teacher in grades 9–12.
Responsibilities- Prepare lessons toward mastery of the state standards.
- Collaborate with other faculty.
- Provide small group instruction and differentiate instruction with interventions as needed.
- Work with administrators and coaches to improve performance.
- Monitor students and communicate with parents and other stakeholders.
- Develop and administer assessments.
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Active Tennessee teaching license is required for the applicable grade and subject level, or the ability to obtain a Tennessee teaching license.
