Job Title

The commune of Saint Clair du Rhône is looking for a part-time peri-school and extra-school animator for 34 hours.

Missions:

- Welcome children safely and respectfully during activities
- Develop an activity program
- Supervise and animate activities
- Report to your supervisor about any special situations.

Functions:

- Guarantee the physical, moral, and emotional safety of children
- Ensure the application of safety rules
- Lead animation activities that meet the educational objectives
- Represent the educational policy of the commune to users
- Guarantee educational continuity with teachers and families.

Main activities and tasks:

- Integrate, participate, and enrich team life
- Manage conflicts within children's groups
- Play with, make children play, and let children play in response to their requests
- Get involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the educational project
- Participate actively in team meetings
- Propose an animation program while respecting budget constraints
- Ensure budget follow-up
- Make requests for quotes from service providers
- Ensure respect for social rules
- Supervise the course of activities
- Perform a health watch
- Responsible on site for the PPMS
- In charge of the medical follow-up of children (prescription and treatment) - Responsible for the material (charter) - Share, bring, and exchange knowledge and know-how with the team (cooperative approach) - Participate in the daily cleaning of the reception areas to facilitate the work of service agents
- Express needs for material or work
- Prepare animation spaces and necessary material
- Occasionally have a role as a supervisor for temporary animators
- Identify children in difficulty and report the situation to your supervisor
- Supervise trips in strict compliance with safety rules and road code
- Watch over the smooth running of collective times (meals) - Ensure respectful and safe reception for families
- Contact parents in case of problems
- Responsible for attendance sheets (printing, filing, and return to the town hall in case of absence of the person in charge (BCD)).

* Necessary professional training and qualifications:
Brevet d'aptitude aux fonctions d'animateurs (BAFA), PSC1, SST
* Necessary skills:

Art. L332-14 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position while waiting for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable for a total duration of 2 years.
