Childcare Program Developer & Facilitator

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Childcare Program Developer & Facilitator to design and implement innovative childcare programs in East London . This role involves conceptualizing educational curricula, developing engaging activities, and potentially facilitating some program elements either on-site or remotely. The goal is to create stimulating environments that foster holistic child development, covering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and a knack for translating them into practical, effective, and fun programs for children of various ages.

• Design and develop comprehensive, age-appropriate childcare curricula and activity plans.
• Create engaging and educational program content for children, adaptable for different settings.
• Facilitate training sessions or workshops for childcare staff on new program implementation.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary revisions to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programs align with educational goals and community needs in East London .

• Relevant degree in Early Childhood Education , Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing childcare or educational programs.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early learning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with potential for remote contributions to program design.
