About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator and Play Facilitator to join their supportive team in East London. This hybrid role involves leading engaging play-based learning sessions for young children, both in person and potentially through online interactive platforms. You will be responsible for designing stimulating activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences for young children.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and achievements.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and emotional development among children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's learning and development, potentially through digital channels.

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
