Onsite Program Manager

Position Overview

Envita Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for On‑Site Waste Management. The role involves identifying, implementing, and maintaining waste reduction, segregation, and reuse programs for customers, working closely with customers’ Environmental Departments.

• Ensures health & safety is priority by following policies and acting safely.
• Conducts daily site inspections.
• Performs weekly RCRA inspections.
• Works with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management procedures.
• Manages recycling programs.
• Manages the 90‑day accumulation building.
• Schedules all waste shipments, including all recycling materials.
• Manages document tracking and prepares reports for the Environmental Department.
• Manages supplier subcontractors working on behalf of Envita Solutions.
• Meets with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities, negotiate pricing, and review approvals.
• Prepares monthly waste activity reports for clients.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred Bachelor’s Degree).
• 1+ years experience in the waste management industry (preferred 5+ years).
• Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.

• Alertness and commitment to safety.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication, judgment, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers, both in‑person and remotely.
• Ability to write business proposals.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to waste management.
