Day & Zimmermann is seeking a mid-level Scheduler for onsite work at TVA Cumberland Plant, in Cumberland City, TN. The duration is expected to be through the fall outage cycle.
Position Summary (Scheduler
2) The individual is responsible for performing all aspects of scheduling. Capable of creating and maintaining an EPC or Maintenance production schedule at any industry facility. At this level, minimal supervision is received and the individual may provide some technical guidance to less experienced scheduling personnel.
- Provide support and guidance for site Scheduling personnel.
- Work with Engineering, Construction, and Operational teams to develop detailed schedules and assist in keeping these schedules current.
- Assist with analyzing and auditing scheduling.
- Develop and/or modify project schedules and integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
- Support proposal scheduling as needed and Project Teams as required.
- The above activities may be performed as field assignments.
Experience/Preferred Skills Three plus years experience in related scheduling assignments.
Education Some college or post‑secondary education preferred or minimum of five years related experience in a construction environment.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $66,000 min – $193,000 max. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
