Job Title

Your Daily Life At Saur

Within SAUR, you join the Branchements (TLE) service. Accompanied by another agent or a civil engineer, you carry out canalization works of all types based on general directives.

You perform the laying of water and sewer pipelines, connections to the network, masonry, refurbishments, and repairs of leaks on water networks.

You demonstrate autonomy, anticipation in the realization of projects (need for materials, equipment).

You ensure safety, quality, and company rules on site.

Your Profile

You have professional experience in Public Works, in the water and sanitation trades, you must have a B permit, ideally an EB or C permit as well as a category A CACES (mini-excavator).

You combine rigor and respect for safety.

Additional Information

B permit mandatory.

Daily travel throughout the Indre and Loire Nord department.

Work in pairs.

On-call duty for drinking water and sanitation every 6 weeks for about 1 week.

Your Compensation And Benefits At Saur

You will join the Saur group without any trial period.

Your fixed salary will consist of:

- a base salary between 25,257 and 29,260 euros according to your profile, paid over 13.3 months

- a fixed annual premium of 400 euros gross called water trades premium

A variable remuneration may be added:

- bonuses / allowances paid according to your activities (on-call duty, travel, night work, etc.)

- participation and profit-sharing bonuses varying according to the company's results

You will benefit from social coverage funded by more than 50% by the company:

- complementary health insurance (to cover your health expenses in addition to the Social Security)

- life insurance (to maintain your income in case of health difficulties).

You can build your savings with the Group Savings Plan and the Collective Retirement Savings Plan (PERECO) and benefit from a top-up of up to 960 euros gross per year.

You will of course benefit from 25 paid leave days, plus additional days of compensatory leave (about 14 days depending on the year).
