- Provide hands‑on PIT equipment instruction to ensure each team member is trained and able to operate equipment safely
- Verify ongoing compliance with certification requirements
- Develop training materials, job aids, and learning tools
- Partner with the Learning Manager to identify performance gaps, recommend training interventions, and support process‑change rollouts
- Maintain training records, track learning activities, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and OSHA standards
- 1–2 years of fulfillment center experience preferred, with familiarity across multiple roles or departments
- 3+ years of experience operating PIT equipment and the ability to train team members safely
- Knowledge of computer systems (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or equivalent
