Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Engineering Manager to join their corporate team in the Cookeville, TN area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading the quality department and providing oversight to engineers, inspectors, technicians, and other support staff.
Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L.
Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
Overseeing internal audits and ensuring compliance with IATF standards
Providing support to the company's other regional sites when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of quality engineering experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience, preferably within quality, engineering, or operations.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
