The RoleAs a Controls Engineer
, you will be responsible for reviewing, designing, and developing all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery
. This is a hands‑on role where you will take projects from concept through commissioning, including full equipment startup.
- Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems
- Program, configure, and commission PLC-based control systems
- Perform full equipment startup from initial power-up to final acceptance
- Troubleshoot and optimize control systems during testing and installation
- Support automation projects across multiple industries
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Controls / PLC systems
- Strong experience programming and commissioning Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs
- Ability to independently start up and commission new equipment
- Willingness to travel locally with occasional out-of-state travel (
approximately 25–30%) - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
