- Lead and manage engineering projects with a strong focus on sustainability, ensuring all initiatives support the company’s commitment to reducing environmental impact.
- Develop and implement project plans that incorporate sustainability principles, emphasizing energy efficiency and resource conservation.
- Monitor and report on sustainability‑related key performance indicators (KPIs) at both machine and plant levels, tracking energy consumption, identifying potential savings, and reporting on environmental impact.
- Analyze the energy savings potential of planned engineering measures within the project scope. Develop strategies to maximize energy efficiency and resource optimization.
- Oversee the collection of data on realized energy savings and environmental impacts from completed projects, using this data to report on project success and inform future projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate sustainability into all facets of project planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and practices in sustainability and incorporate meaningful innovations into project plans.
- Develop and maintain documentation on sustainability practices and outcomes as a reference for stakeholders and as guidance for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of sustainability within the company, inspiring others to integrate eco‑friendly practices into their work areas.
- Assist Operations with annual inventory as needed.
- Must follow all company policies and procedures.
- Must report to work as scheduled and maintain open communication with HRBP when a change is needed.
- Adhere to Code of Conduct as applicable to the job function, following the guidelines for procurement of products and services, prevention of bribery, acceptance of precious metals, and prevention of money laundering and participation in criminal acts.
- Ensure that direct reports and the overall employee population are aware of and adhere to Code of Conduct guidelines.
- Proven experience in managing engineering projects, with a specific focus on sustainability within manufacturing or similar industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting energy consumption and savings in industrial settings.
- In‑depth knowledge of sustainable energy technologies and practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Commitment to staying informed on the latest developments in sustainability and environmental impact reduction.

- Well‑developed leadership skills that inspire and motivate others.

- Experience working with international colleagues and/or customers as well as comfort reporting in a matrix organization.
- Up to 25% local travel may be required.
