What You'll Do

Manufacturing Engineering Fun:

* Dream up, design, and improve tools, jigs, and fixtures.

* Integrate equipment and automation that make our processes better, faster, and safer.

* Partner with maintenance, operations, and design teams to bring ideas to life.

* Lead initiatives that reduce waste, cut costs, and boost efficiency-because lean is clean.

* Create clear documentation so everyone's on the same page.

Quality Engineering Excellence:

* Own quality improvement projects-from kickoff to high-fives.

* Lead APQP, PPAP, and control plan development to ensure customer confidence.

* Dig deep into data, using root cause analysis and SPC to drive quality wins.

* Create inspection procedures and train others to be quality champions.

* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure we're delivering on our promises.
