Synthetic Waterproofing Project Manager

On the ground, you alternate between site visits, client meetings, and exchanges with the design office. Your mission: to pilot and develop synthetic waterproofing in a demanding and technical environment. Reporting to the Head of the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier Work Center, you work on roofing and waterproofing projects, mainly on PVC membranes. You manage your affairs from start to finish, with real autonomy and direct responsibility for the results.

Your main duties are as follows:

• Manage affairs, from prospecting to the completion of work
• Carry out technical studies and estimates with the design office
• Plan and coordinate sites with internal teams and subcontractors
• Control the quality and conformity of the realizations
• Ensure compliance with safety rules on interventions

This position is a new creation, with a strong potential for development for the structure.

You have a technical training in building or building envelope, from level Bac +2 to Bac +5. You have confirmed experience in roofing waterproofing, ideally on PVC membranes.

Independent and rigorous, you know how to organize your priorities and structure an activity. Your sense of contact and entrepreneurial spirit allow you to develop a client portfolio and grow an activity over time.

- Training Bac +2 to Bac +5 technical building

Remuneration according to profile and experience

Daily allowance - 35 hours - RTT
