Thermoid is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Oneida, TN. The successful candidate will build a strong culture of continuous improvement through production support and product design. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to production operations and optimizing processes while ensuring quality management.
Qualified candidates should have a BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with knowledge in rubber compounds being a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
