Polaris Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and validate injection molding processes for powersports components.
You will coordinate mold trials, troubleshoot molding issues, and establish repeatable, high-quality manufacturing processes across rugged production environments. You will work with operations, tooling, design engineering, and suppliers to improve manufacturability and process capability, while supporting new product introductions and ongoing production.
