Recruitment ContextAt the heart of the supply chain, you are the main contact for project managers for everything related to the fabrication of our containers. You ensure the respect of costs, deadlines, and quality standards, while being the technical link between Waga Energy and its industrial partners.
Reported to Mariana, Head of the Fabrication Pole, you join a team of 6 people.
Missions1) Prepare the fabrication of containers:
- Analyze the technical files transmitted by the Projects Department
- Launch specific procurements
- Organize the shipment of materials to integrators
2) Follow the fabrications with our partners:
- Be on the ground: regular visits to integrators
- Pilot key stages: technical clarifications, progress, non-conformities, corrective actions
- Carry out FAT and organize deliveries on site
3) Ensure the documentary follow-up:
- Consolidate and archive regulatory documents according to the procedures in place
4) Be an actor of continuous improvement:
- Identify and report axes of improvement (technical, methodological, process…)
To succeed in this role, you combine a solid understanding of industrial environments with an ability to operationally pilot manufacturing projects. You are comfortable both on the ground, in direct contact with integrators and suppliers, and in the rigorous management of documents and processes.
*Education: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in industrial engineering, maintenance, or industrial project management
*Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position in an industrial or technical environment
*Technical skills expected:
- Reading of mechanical plans, electrical diagrams and understanding of P&
- Manufacturing follow-up, of sites and reception operations (FAT)
- Management of supplier and service provider relationships
- Mastery of office tools, Excel, planning tools, and ERP
- General understanding of industrial technologies and practices
- Ability to apply internal processes and technical regulations (DESP, ASME, ATEX zones, etc.)
- Documentary rigor and respect for quality procedures
